[Waver will find the usual set of ornate doors open to him - and he will be welcomed into the Throne Room. Dragon sits upon her throne neatly, tilting her head to him. It's just the two of them for once.]

[ he bows his head respectfully towards the dragon. ]

Guidance, of sorts. Lady Rebecca received a letter from Sousei today and the content inside was...somewhat troubling. He told us that something is trying to sabotage our efforts. Were you aware of this, Lady Dragon?

[themodsgrimm]

[She tilts her head.]

And this is what you are choosing to learn as a reward for your successful murder and escape?

[londonstar]

[ waver stays silent for a moment, thinking it over. and then-- ]

....Do you believe that it's not a good idea?

[themodsgrimm]

[She shakes her head.]

[ waver sighs, crossing his arms ]

I made a number of enemies in the last trial. In fact, I'll find it surprising if I even live past this week, considering how easy it would be to make me into a target. Therefore, if I die...I wish to make things easier for the other Historians.

So, yes. I'd like to know who or what is trying to sabotage our efforts.

[themodsgrimm]

Very well.

[She nods.]

The answer is...

There is nothing of the sort present that currently exists to counterweigh the efforts of the Historians. Should there be an effort made to sabotage your choices, it is the individual choices of others - but there is no predetermined role or mechanism meant to undermine you.

[londonstar]

I see.

[ well, at least that's an answer. it's a bit useless, but it gives him a perspective on how to see things. ]

The other Historians were worried that there would be a hidden role to counter us. However, if it's an individual choice, then it changes things. Someone that wants to cause chaos for the sake of causing it. [ a pause ] But wouldn't they become targets of the Editors?
